It is Saturday!  Time to share some good food with you. =)  I found the following from a local Japanese market with $2.99 each and decided to have this for my dinner tonight.   It’s super easy to make this Goyza.  There is no need to put anything cooking oil, just heat up the pan and put all the dumping that you need, put 2 oz of water and leave for for 5 mins until you see the bottom of the dumpling turns into golden then it is time to put them on the table!

are you doing anything special for your mom today? I used to celebrate Mother’s Day with Bobo before, but ever since he left 2 years ago, I had never really celebrate Mother’s Day for my own anymore.  Of cox, I still celebrate that every year with my lovely mother. In year 2013, it is a very special year for me, I had gone through some surgery early this year and expecting my first, or maybe last Mother’s Day for my own.  Yes, I am currently a mom to be, but yet due to some health issue, I might not even be able to have this baby for long, might not even be able to see him/she, but I am still very thankful for god that give me a chance to have him/her.  I will try my best to protect them and have them for as long as I could.

I had been a very lucky girl ever since I was born.  I have two mothers, one is my nature mother that gave me the life and love, the other is my auntie mommy that gave me her love and care.  I don’t know if I still have a chance a mom but I promised if I do, I will try my best to be a good mom for my baby.
